PRICING

$1400 for limited registration only
We require a $200 deposit to hold your puppy.  This is a refundable  deposit up until puppies are 4 weeks of age , however this is inconvenient so in good faith please let us know ASAP if you change your mind , we want forever homes for our puppies ,...these puppies  are well sought after and most of the time sold before the litter is born or even conceived .  Your choice is based on the order of received deposits. This gets you first pick, 2nd, 3rd, as follows and will be posted in that order. The balance is due on puppy pick day .

Deposits are made through PayPal or by cash ....full payment must be made by 5 weeks of age or at time of puppy pick day , pick up of your puppy must be done by 7 1/2 to 8 weeks ........there will be no deposit refunds after puppies are 4 weeks of age .

You will also be required to sign a contract stating that if for any reason you find yourself in a situation where you cannot take care of your puppy or dog in the future , that you will return the puppy or dog to us HEALTHY and to not relinquish it to any shelter.  We have the first option to take the puppy and either keep it or find an appropriate  forever home  .We will help you in anyway we can. These dogs need love and attention and a stable home environment. Please be sure you are committed to having this puppy for his or her entire life , again all they want is your love and affection , they truly will be your best friend for life .

PUPPY SELECTION

  • Puppy pictures will be posted on my Lake Oswego Labs Facebook page and our Lake Oswego Labs Instagram at least weekly or biweekly , I am constantly taking pictures and videos of our puppies so I do not mind texting pictures on request .

  • Puppy picks will be made by 5 weeks

    • This allows time for buyers to select their new puppy

PUPPY PICK UP

Puppies can go home at 7 1/2 to 8 weeks of age . We will drive up to 2 hours from Portland to deliver or meet you halfway. We do not like shipping  puppies . “ BUT “ We may consider this depending on the situation ,..we reserve the right to make that decision at any time .
